2022-23 Girls Swimming-GMC Championships

Girls Swimming Places 5th at GMC Swim Championships

The Princeton girls swim team scored 160 points at the GMC Swim Championships to finish in fifth place on Saturday, February 4th at Mason High School.

Individually, Lauren Burns placed 7th in the 500 Yard Freestyle and 8th overall in the 200 Yard Freestyle. 

Mallory Green finished in 9th place in the 100 Yard Freestyle and 10th place overall in the 100 Yard Backstroke. In the 50 Yard Freestyle, Ava Hettinger scored 9th overall.

Elizabeth Ehlerding placed 9th overall in the 100 Yard Butterfly, and Carly Nagel scored 6th place in the 100 Yard Breaststroke.

The Lady Vikings had strong performances in the relay events. The 400 Yard Freestyle (Hettinger, Burns, Green, Nagel) placed 4th overall. The 200 Yard Medley (Green, Nagel, Ehlerding, Hettinger) and 200 Yard Freestyle (Hettinger, Hutchens, Burns, Nagel) each finished in 5th place overall.
