Boys Basketball Advances to District Final

The Princeton boys basketball team defeated Western Hills 75-65 on Friday, February 24th at Fairfield High School. With the win, the Vikings advance to the District Finals on Saturday, March 4th.

Princeton's offense finished the game shooting 54 percent from the floor, making 26 field goals on 19 assists.

Dorian Williams led the team with 17 points. He recorded a season-high 12 rebounds and 5 blocks in the win.

The balance scoring attack saw 7 different players score. Keven Adorno added 16 points, including 9-for-10 from the free throw line. Jaiden Arnold scored 11 points, 4 steals, and 3 assists.

Also reaching double-digit scoring was Kaden Stephens. Stephens matched his season high with 4 three pointers made. He is currently shooting 38.5 percent from behind the arc.

Defensively, Riley Woods recorded 8 of the team's 16 steals. He added 8 points and 5 assists. Princeton forced Western Hills to 24-of-60 from the floor. The Mustangs recorded 22 turnovers and shot 2-of-10 from behind the arc.
