The Princeton boys varsity basketball team moved to 4-1 on the season after defeating Colerain 59-24 on Tuesday, December 13th.
Princeton outscored Colerain 24-7 in the first quarter, and led 36-15 at the half.
Kaden Stephens led the offense with 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the floor. He knocked down 4 of the team's 6 three pointers in the win. Stephens also led the team with 7 rebounds.
Princeton finished the game shooting 49 percent from the floor. The team made 25 field goals on 12 assists.
Cliff Cass led the game with 6 assists. He added 8 points, 4 steals, 4 rebounds, and 1 block shot.
Keven Adorno scored 15 points and had 6 rebounds.
The Vikings defense forced 23 turnovers and recorded 18 steals in the win. Colerain managed to shoot 5-of-26 from the floor.
Princeton returns to action on Friday, December 16 against Middletown. The Vikings and Middies will tip off at approximately 7:30 PM at Viking Arena. Game day tickets are available online at www.vikenation.org/tickets.
