The Princeton boys varsity basketball team travels to Lakota East High School on Tuesday, February 1st.

The Vikings (13-5, 9-3) enter Tuesday's game having won five consecutive games, including a thrilling 51-49 home win to give Fairfield their first loss in conference play. In the closing seconds, Riley Woods drove past the Fairfield defense to score the layup plus one on Friday, January 28th at Princeton.
The upcoming league matchup will feature the top-ranked (Thunderhawks) and third-ranked (Vikings) scoring offenses in the Greater Miami Conference. Both defenses are yielding under 55 points per game in the conference.
During the five game stretch, Princeton is shooting 48 percent (117-243) from the floor. The defense has forced 21 turnovers per game, and is scoring close to 20 points per game off turnovers.
Isaiah Myers currently ranks third in conference scoring with 14.9 points per game, and leads the league with a 62.5 field goal percentage.Â
Rodney Harris II currently leads the league with 63 defensive rebounds in conference games. Riley Woods is currently first in conference games with 54 assists and second in the league with 29 steals.
The triple header of boys basketball action will get underway with the freshman game at 4:30 PM, junior varsity at 6:00 PM, and the varsity game beginning at approximately 7:30 PM.
