Vikings Top Cardinals 75-35

The Princeton boys varsity basketball team defeated the Colerain Cardinals 75-35 on Tuesday, January 25th at Colerain High School. The Vikings improve to 12-5 overall, and 8-3 in the Greater Miami Conference.

Princeton started the game on a 22-9 first quarter run, and led 44-21 at the half.

The Vikings made 28 field goals on 13 assists (46%), and outrebounded the Cardinals 30-18.

Isaiah Myers led all scorers with 17 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the floor. He had 7 rebounds, 4 steals, 2 assists, and a block shot. Over the past three games, Myers is averaging 22 points per game.

Riley Woods added 12 points, 4 assists, and 5 steals. Rodney Harris scored 10 points and grabbed down 8 rebounds.

Princeton's bench scoring was led by Jaiden Arnold. He scored 13 points on 4-of-6 shooting from the floor. He also had 4 steals and 3 assists. The Vikings' bench finished the game scoring 34 points.

Defensively, Princeton recorded 23 steals and forced 38 turnovers in the win.
