Boys Basketball Sectionals Recap: Princeton 64, Hamilton 74

The Princeton boys varsity basketball team lost to Hamilton High School 74-64 in the second round of the sectional tournament on Tuesday, February 23rd at Fairfield High School. The Vikings end their season with a 8-6 overall record.

Bowen Hardman and Greg Johnson each scored 22 points to lead the Vikings offense. Hardman knocked down 6 of the team's 10-three pointers in the game. 

Riley Woods dished out a game-high 7 assists. Princeton had 12 assists on 21 made field goals.

Princeton finished the game shooting 38.9% (21-of-54) from the floor. Defensively, Ari Turner recorded 2 of the team's 6 steals in the game. The Vikings forced 13 total turnovers.

Hamilton finished the game shooting 54.7% from the floor, and outrebounded Princeton 37-20 in the contest. Jackson Lewis led the Big Blue with 18 points.
