Girls Basketball Moves to 7-0

The Princeton girls varsity basketball team improved to 7-0 after a 65-30 home win against the Colerain Cardinals on Wednesday, December 15th.

The Lady Vikings jumped out to a 28-8 first quarter lead, and led 40-13 at the midway point of the game.

Sole Williams led all scorers with 26 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the floor. She connected on 6-of-11 from behind the arc. Williams had a game-high 5 assists and added 2 steals.

La'Sonja Hill also reached double-digit scoring. She finished with 18 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the floor. It is her fourth straight game scoring in double digits.

Dede Carter-Hartley scored 8 points and 5 rebounds. She led the team with 4 of the team's 11 steals.
Margo Abrams and Aniya Julious added 7 and 6 points respectively.

Princeton scored 23 points off 23 turnovers by Colerain.
 
The Lady Vikings finished the game shooting 52 percent from the floor and limited Colerain to 21 percent.
