Boys Basketball Drops Season Opener to Moeller 63-50

The Princeton boys varsity basketball team lost 63-50 to the Moeller Crusaders to open up the regular season on Tuesday, November 30th.

In the first half, both teams traded baskets as the uptempo play resulted in a 32-30 Moeller advantage at the midway point.

The Crusaders outscored the Vikings 17-9 in the third quarter to extend its lead.

Rodney Harris II led the Vikings with 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting from the floor. 
Dorian Williams and Bowen Hardman each scored 11 points.

Princeton shot 36.5 percent from the floor compared to Moeller's 57.5 percent shooting performance.

The Vikings made 4-of-18 from behind the arc, and were 8-of-10 from the free throw line.

Defensively, the Vikings forced 15 turnovers and 9 steals. Riley Woods and Dorian Williams led the team with 3 steals a piece.
