Lady Vikings Basketball Advances in Sectional Tournament

The Princeton Lady Vikings basketball team advanced in the Southwest District Sectional Tournament with a 41-36 win over Wilmington on Tuesday, February 18th at Lakota East High School.

Princeton's 15-point second quarter performance proved to be the difference in the contest, outscoring the Hurricanes 15-8.

Sophomore Kyla Oldacre led the team with 14 points and 20 rebounds. She also had 5 blocks.

Ashley Davis scored 9 points, and Willow White added 7 points in the win.

Princeton (19-4) will play Walnut Hills (21-3) on Monday, February 24th at 6:00 PM at Lakota East High School. Pre-sale tickets are available in the athletic office for $6.00.
