The Princeton varsity softball team defeated the Roger Bacon Spartans 6-4 on Tuesday, April 23rd at Princeton High School. 

Junior Imani Reed picked up the win on the mound to improve to 2-9 on the season. Reed struck out 16 batters in the complete game performance. On the season, she currently ranks fifth in the Greater Miami Conference with 80 strikeouts.

Offensively, junior Sharon Ramires led the offense with two triples. She also scored a run and drove in her seventh run of the season. Sharon is currently batting .265 with an on-base percentage of .390.

Princeton returns to the diamond on Thursday, April 25th against Winton Woods. First pitch is schedule for 4:30pm at Princeton High School.
