The Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association released its' Division I All-Ohio football honors on Thursday, December 8th. Congratulations to Phillip Daniels, Breeon Ishmail, Caleb Clark-Glover, and RJ West on receiving state honors.
Daniels was named first team at the offensive line position. Daniels was a key component to the strong offense line that generated 365.6 yards per game.
Ishmail was named second team at the linebacker position. This season, he recorded 64 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, 2 force fumbles, and 3 fumble recoveries. He also had 2 interceptions, including a touchdown return.
Also receiving second team honors was Caleb Clark-Glover. He had 32 tackles and 9 pass deflections at the defense back position.
Quarterback RJ West was named honorable mention. This season, West tossed for 1,669 yards and 17 touchdowns. He also rushed for 638 yards and 10 touchdowns.
